Richard Hubbard ... Plant Based Rich

Richard Hubbard lost over 150 pounds and have kept if off for over 9 years now. It was a journey he never thought he would be able to accomplish. Rich understands the struggle to lose weight and how stressful dieting can be. That’s why he wrote a book about his weight loss entitled A Plant Based Journey To Health. He hopes it will inspire others to never give up. Rich had many failed attempts to lose weight until he learned about the whole food plant-based way of eating.

Rich was amazed as much as anyone that he managed to keep it off. For all the years of being heavy, you would think he would have regained the weight by now. But, as he says in his book, he doubts he will ever have to worry about obesity again. This way of eating allows him to eat as much as he wants without resorting to counting calories. Rich would obsessively count calories and get discouraged and give up on other diet plans. That’s what he loves about the way he eats now... no counting!

He knows there are a lot of ads out there asking people to sign up for the latest dieting schemes. They are to be ignored, as they are all gimmicks. They may help you lose weight initially but it won’t be for the long term. Rich feels that the sustained weight loss that worked for him can work for anybody but it requires a lifestyle change. You cannot continue to eat the same foods that led to your obesity and health problems and expect to succeed. Personally, Rich did not lose any weight until he took a stand for my health.
