As a Certified Heroic Coach and a dedicated health and wellness advocate, I intimately understand the challenges associated with body image and overeating. My personal journey, marked by struggles with overeating and body image issues, has made me aware of the need for a compassionate approach to overcoming these obstacles.
In pursuit of my National Board Health and Wellness Coach certification, I've developed a coaching program tailored to individuals grappling with body image issues, overeating, emotional eating, stress eating, and the frustrating cycle of weight loss followed by regain. I stand as an advocate for healing and self-love as integral components of the solution.
